Downloading and licence certificates

Every download writes a licence record and a certificate you can keep. Free covers HD up to a daily cap; Pro is unlimited with originals.

How downloads work

  1. Open any asset and choose Download (on video you can pick a size where variants exist).
  2. Brollvia checks your plan, writes a licence record, and gives you a signed download link valid for 15 minutes.
  3. The file downloads; the record stays in your account forever under Downloads.

Plan rules (enforced identically on web, API and MCP)

  • Free — 20 downloads a day, HD files, the free library.
  • Pro — unlimited downloads, original files including 4K, the full Pro library.

Your certificate

Every licence record has a code and a page (Downloads → any record) plus a PDF certificate stating the asset, its file hash, your plan and the licence version at the moment of download. If a client or platform ever asks “are we cleared to use this shot?”, that certificate is the answer.

Downloads an AI agent makes on your behalf (API or MCP) follow exactly the same rules and produce the same records.

Verifying a licence

Every certificate prints a verify code and the address /verify. Anyone — a client, a broadcaster, a platform — can enter the code there to confirm the licence is genuine, which asset it covers, and whether it is Standard or Extended. Only the licensee's display name is shown, never an email address.
