Extended licences explained

The optional per-asset upgrade: broadcast, merchandise for resale, templates and unlimited audience — what it covers and how to buy it.

Every Brollvia download includes the Standard licence. Some uses need more — and that is what the optional Extended licence is for. It is bought per asset, once, from the asset page, and it upgrades that download's licence record permanently.

What Extended adds

  • Broadcast — TV, streaming and cinema use with an unlimited audience.
  • Merchandise for resale — posters, apparel and prints featuring the asset.
  • Templates for resale — the asset as a supporting element in a template or product you sell.
  • Unlimited seats and end products within your organisation.

What Extended never allows: reselling, redistributing or sublicensing the asset itself as a standalone file.

How to buy

  1. Open the asset and choose Buy Extended licence (the price is shown on the button).
  2. Check out — the upgrade attaches to your licence record for that download.
  3. The record and its certificate now state Extended, and the contributor receives their share of the sale automatically.

Free-plan members can buy Extended for free-library assets too; the download itself still follows your plan's file rules. Anyone can check a licence — yours or a client's — at Licence verification using the verify code printed on the certificate.
